Sąd Rejonowy dla Łodzi-Śródmieścia has issued so-called "bail arrests" for a former executive of the Polish oil and gas company Orlen. The executive, who has been linked to the fuel and energy industry since 1987, has been charged with alleged corruption.
Orlen Management Prepared for Arrests
In the wake of the arrests, Orlen's management team has reportedly received training in preparation for potential detentions. The company's supervisory board has also announced a series of qualifying procedures for senior positions within the organization.
